Shipping Policy
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays.
If there are a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please remember that the items are handmade. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer free shipping for purchases over 60€
All products are made and shipped from Spain (European Union) with tracing number.
Shipping details:
• European Union: 4 working days – 14 working days,
• United States, Canada, Australia: 10 working days – 25 working days,
• Rest of the world: up to 1 month.
If you have not received the package after the estimated delivery date – contact the postal office and give them the tracking number or contact us.
Keep in mind – in some cases you might need to sign upon receiving the package.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours. Since the order is being shipped from Spain (European Union) the tracking information can be provided in Spanish, in that case simply change the websites language to english.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Oh my Gauges is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All the fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Oh My Gauges is not liable for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact your postal service provider.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
