Returns

For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns. You can always contact us for any return question at ohmygauges@gmail.com.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or in an unexpected state you have 14 days to contact us so we can issue a refund on a case-by-case basis. If 14 day period has passed since you have received your item in the mail - refunds will not be issued. Simply contact us by email add pictures or videos, and we will get in touch with you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your e-mail, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
