Shipping

We offer free shipping for purchases over 60€

All products are made and shipped from Spain (European Union) with tracing number.

Orders are shipped only on working days!

Shipping details:
• European Union: 4 working days – 14 working days,
• United States, Canada, Australia: 10 working days – 25 working days,
• Rest of the world: up to 1 month.

If you have not received the package after the estimated delivery date – contact the postal office and give them the tracking number or contact us.

Keep in mind – in some cases you might need to sign upon receiving the package. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Oh my Gauges is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All the fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns and Refunds

Returns

For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns. You can always contact us for any return question at ohmygauges@gmail.com.

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or in an unexpected state you have 14 days to contact us so we can issue a refund on a case-by-case basis. If 14 day period has passed since you have received your item in the mail - refunds will not be issued. Simply contact us by email add pictures or videos, and we will get in touch with you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your e-mail, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at ohmygauges@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Hi! Let’s get to know each other a little bit better. My name is Zane. I started making plugs 13 years ago after conducting market research. At that time not a lot of people were making them and if they were, there weren’t much to choose from. Most of them seemed to be the same or made without love and care, like straight out of a factory. It felt like it was my task to change it and bring in something new, something fresh.
